Join the Union County Performing Arts Center for Stories of Strength, an intimate evening of conversation, connection, and inspiration with two authors whose powerful stories explore resilience, personal growth, and the courage to transform our lives.
Author Jason Jones shares insights from his memoir 3 The Hard Way, a deeply personal journey of overcoming challenges, defying expectations, and developing an unbreakable mindset grounded in faith and perseverance. His story is a testament to the power of resilience and the strength that emerges when we refuse to give up.
Author Julie Larnard-Newbury discusses her book Divorce Your Scale: From Self-Criticizing to Self-Caring, a compassionate exploration of how shifting the way we speak to ourselves can unlock confidence, healing, and lasting peace. Through personal stories and practical tools, Julie invites readers to move beyond self-judgment and step into a life rooted in self-care.
This relaxed community conversation will include discussion with the authors, reflections on their journeys, and an opportunity to connect with others who are seeking inspiration and growth.
Come for the conversation. Stay for the community.
This event takes place in our Main Stage Café Reception Room.
