UCPAC LAUNCHES THE 2026 SEASON OF MONTHLY FAMILY FILM SERIES ‘POPCORN & PAJAMAS’ AT HAMILTON STAGE

RAHWAY, NJ — Do you and your family typically like a cozy Friday night, but don’t always want to spend it at home? Perhaps you are just looking for an alternative fun night out without having to plan an activity. Popcorn & Pajamas might just be the right fit for your family!

Union County Performing Arts Center (UCPAC) hosts a monthly film series where families can gather together on Friday nights to watch fun, family-friendly classics in their pajamas on the big screen at Hamilton Stage. There will be movie snacks and free popcorn available for each screening, as well as arts and crafts before the film!

The first film screening to kick off the series is “Winnie the Pooh” on Friday, January 23. This is a classic film of friends and adventure that includes characters like Eeyore and Christopher Robin.

February and March will host “The Princess and the Frog” and “The Lego Batman Movie,” respectively. Additional movies of the film series include “Mulan,” the original “The Spongebob Squarepants Movie”, and “Coco.”

As mentioned, each event will host free popcorn and a themed craft while supplies last. Tickets for all movies are $10 each and are on sale now online and at the UCPAC box office. Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the film starting at 7 p.m. for each event. We hope you will be a part of Popcorn & Pajamas!

Union County Performing Arts Center (UCPAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating the Main Stage, built in 1928 and listed in both the State and National Register of Historic Places, at 1601 Irving St., and the modern and intimate Hamilton Stage, at 360 Hamilton St., in the heart of Rahway, New Jersey’s Arts District.
