Artists slated to perform include Dan Domenech on lead vocals (“Glee,” “Gotham”), Josie Rose Roberts on lead vocals (“Paw Patrol,” “The Electric Company”), Tommy Kessler on guitar (Blondie), Andre “Virus” Karkos on guitar (Dope, Big and Rich), Jonathan Ivie on keyboards (Air Supply), and Jon Weber on drums (Willie Nile Band).

All the members were specifically selected from popular rock bands to bring to life the hits of the best bands of the ‘80s, including songs by Bon Jovi, Journey, Whitesnake, Poison, AC/DC, Joan Jett, Styx, Pat Benatar, REO Speedwagon, Twisted Sister, Quiet Riot and many more…all in one thrilling performance!
In fact, the musicians in this band have played with, or currently play with, many of these artists. The lead singers are well-known Broadway stars who have appeared around the world in celebrated productions, delivering lead vocals with the quality and energy that brings these concerts to a whole new level. About the Artists – Broadway’s Rock of Ages Band*
Joel Hoekstra (Guitar) guitarist #1 for the full Broadway run Rock of Ages. Joel Hoekstra plays for Whitesnake, Trans- Siberian Orchestra and CHER. Joel is also known for his work with: Night Ranger, has worked with Foreigner, and annual sets on the Monsters of Rock Cruise. Joel has performed on pretty much every late night and /or music awards show in addition to Dancing with the Stars.
Tommy Kessler (Guitar) guitarist for the full run of Broadway’s Rock of Ages, as well as the Off-Broadway revival where he was the lead guitarist. Tommy plays with the Blue Man Group. On an international level, Tommy has been a member of BLONDIE. and tours the world with Debbie Harry and the group. He has also served as guitarist for Kristin Chenoweth.
Dan Domenech (Male Lead vocals) – starred as Drew in Rock of Ages (Broadway) and also starred in Heathers The Musical, Sister Act, Smokey Joe’s Café, as well as the National tour of RENT, plus more His TV work includes recurring appearances on Glee, Gotham, and movies such as Tropic Thunder, Stepbrothers, and Fame.
Josephine Rose Roberts (Female Lead vocals) – Josey starred as “Regina” in Rock Of Ages(Broadway) and the National tour ., How The Grinch Stole Christmas (Broadway and National Tour), CATS (25th Anniversary National Tour). TV credits include The Electric Company and Paw Patrol. She can be heard in voice overs for TV commercials and continues on Broadway.
Jon Weber (drums) -for the entire run of Rock Of Ages, on Broadway, Jon has also played in the Broadway shows Hedwig & The Angry Inch and Love, Janis and The Orion Experience. He is also the drummer with acclaimed singer-songwriter and New Jersey favorite Willie Nile. Jonathan Ivie (Keyboards) – Rock of Ages (Broadway), Air Supply, Lost In Love (Air Supply Musical), Little Shop of Horrors, Rock The Presidents (Off-Broadway), Americano 2022 (Broadway)
Andre Karkos (Guitar) Rock of Ages (Broadway), Rock of Ages (National Tour), Sebastian Bach, Big & Rich, Lords of Acid, and most notably, Dope A heavy metal guitarist, guitar teacher and leader of alternative rock band One, Virus has recorded songs that served as the official theme song for WWE events, numerous video games, and written music for industry giants Activision, Disney, MTV and ESPN
