UCPAC invites Seniors (ages 55 and up) to join local students for a digital matinee film screening of 1959’s “The Diary of Anne Frank,” starring Millie Perkins and Shelly Winters, who won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance.
Based on the acclaimed stage play, George Stevens’ Oscar-winning 1959 film tells the story of a young Jewish girl and her family as they hide from the Nazis during World War II.
More than 80 years later, “The Diary of Anne Frank” remains deeply relevant, offering a powerful reminder of the importance of compassion, courage, and standing against hatred.
Admission is free, but tickets are required.
