Join us for our Festival of Trees – a UCPAC fundraising event to kick off the holiday season!
Bring the whole family for a night of festive fun. Enjoy hot cocoa, carolers, and a visit from Santa. Walk through our winter wonderland of trees, decorated with gift items from your favorite local businesses, and try to win your favorite in our tricky tray style auction! Admission includes raffle tickets and a one-of-a-kind holiday experience at UCPAC’s Hamilton Stage.

Business Owners – Sponsor a Tree!
Sponsor either a 4-foot or 6-foot tree and decorate it with items from your business! Let your specialty and creativity bring the holidays to life. Attendees at this event will receive raffle tickets and will participate in a tricky tray style auction to win your tree, so see our tips in the FAQ below to make it stand out!

Sponsor a Tree FAQ
How much does it cost to sponsor a tree?
Tree sponsorships are $300 for a 4-foot tree and $500 for a 6-foot tree. Your sponsorship helps support UCPAC and is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
When can I decorate my tree?
Your tree will be waiting for you at Hamilton Stage. Businesses can come decorate their trees on the following dates:
Thursday, November 22 and Friday, November 23 from 3 PM – 8 PM; Saturday, November 24 from Noon – 8 PM.
What items can I decorate my tree with?
Decorate your tree with desirable items from your business. Examples: Salon: coupons for free or reduced-price services, sample bottles of hair products, etc.; Pet Store: dog and cat toys, treats, etc.; Restaurant: coupons for BOGO apps, complimentary beverage with purchase of an entree, reduced price meal, etc.; Liquor Store: airplane bottles, snacks, wine charms, etc.). The more enticing your tree is, the more people will want to win it. Make it memorable, so even those who don’t win will want to visit your business this holiday season!
