JOAN OSBORNE IS BRINGING IT ALL BACK HOME TO THE EAST COAST ON HER DYLANOLOGY LIVE TOUR
Grammy-nominated Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter’s trip through Bob Dylan’s songbook stops in Rahway, NJ this spring.
RAHWAY, NJ –In June of 1965, Bob Dylan recorded his revolutionary song, “Like a Rolling Stone” for his upcoming album Highway 61 Revisited, and popular music was never the same. Today, his body of work, from protest anthems to reflective ballads, still resonates with music fans and musicians alike. On Friday, June 6, 2025, at 8 PM, nearly sixty years later, Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Joan Osborne brings her reimagining of Dylan’s legendary catalog, the DYLANOLOGY LIVE tour, to Union County Performing Arts Center’s (UCPAC) Main Stage in Rahway, New Jersey.
Osborne is touring in support of her upcoming “DYLANOLOGY LIVE” album, to be released on April 26, 2025, which documents her 2017 tour for her acclaimed collection “Songs of Bob Dylan”.
Brooklyn-based Osborne is known for her 1995 smash “One of Us”, written by The Hooters’ Eric Bazilian. In recent years, however, her talent as an inspired and thoughtful interpreter of rock, blues, and folk music has taken center stage. Performing as a vocalist with artists as varied as The Dead, Motown’s the Funk Brothers, and Def Leppard’s Vivian Campbell, her versatility is praised by critics, fans, and her fellow musicians.
Osborne’s talented backing band for this tour is made up of some of the most sought-after players in the industry. Joining her live at UCPAC’s Main Stage as she delves into Dylan’s timeless tunes are:
