Hamilton Stage
Our newly renovated 199 seat theatre in Rahway, NJ
The Hamilton Stage Will Be Back Soon!
UCPAC’s Hamilton Stage is Rahway’s beloved community theatre. This beautiful modern space, which suffered devastating damage in Hurricane Ida, is being restored to its former glory! Theatrical Artist Prep’s Summer Theater Camp is currently in residence; they will present Once On This Island Jr. this July. More shows will be announced soon, so please check this page often for updates, or follow UCPAC’s Hamilton Stage on Facebook for all the latest!
Named for U.S. Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, the theatre will be home to breathtakingly original plays, soaring dance, uplifting concerts, and delightful events for children. Built by the City of Rahway Redevelopment Agency, it is independently operated under the governance of Union County Performing Arts Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit arts organization with a volunteer Board of Directors. The building was designed by Farewell Mills Gatsch and project directed by Michael R. Schnoering A.I.A. Read more about the venue’s history.
